loft development

on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, we have increased the loft. For this purpose, had first glass wool as an insulating material to be clamped between the rafters. Estrich

Am Montag und Dienstag wurde der Estrich im Erdgeschoss und Dachboden erstellt. Wir durften dann ein paar Tage lang das Haus nicht betreten und haben das Ergebnis am Wochenende das erste mal bei Tageslicht gesehen.

In der letzten Woche wurden auf dem Fußboden zunächst Styroporplatten verlegt. Diese haben die Elektro- und Wasserinstallationen bedeckt und dienen natürlich the insulation. Trockenbau, Sanitär und Elektro

Seit Montag ist das Haus voll. Die Trockenbauer bauen das Dachgeschoss aus, das heißt jetzt werden die Wände für die einzelnen Räume im Dachgeschoss eingezogen. Zuvor war das Dachgeschoss eine große Fläche ohne Innenwände. Gleichzeitig werden die Leitungen und Anschlüsse für Waschbecken, Duschen, Badewanne, Toiletten, Spülbecken und Heizung erstellt. Weiterhin sind die Elektriker damit beschäftigt die Strom-, Antennen- und Netzwerkleitungen zu verlegen und die entsprechenden Wall outlets for power outlets and light switches to set into the walls.

On Saturday, we have provided the wood paneling outside of the roof with the first coat. Taping off the brick facade has this much time has gone into. On the sanded Verblendziegelsteinen was no tape. material for loft development

Nun mussten sogenannte OSB-Platten (Mehrschichtplatten aus langen Spänen), Gipskartonplatten, Konstruktionshölzer und jede Menge Dachlatten ins Haus und nach oben befördert werden. Wir haben zunächst nur die OSB-Platten in den Spitzboden gebracht, der Rest wurde im Dachgeschoss zwischen gelagert.

Gestern morgen hatten wir einen Termin mit dem Elektriker, um die Lage der Lichtschalter, Deckenauslässe und Steckdosen zu besprechen. Es gab noch jede Menge weiterer Details wie Telefon-, Antennen-, Netzwerk- und Lautsprecherkabel, sowie Außenbeleuchtung und mehr. Daher benötigten wir fast 3,5 Stunden um alles mit dem Elektriker durch zu sprechen. Während dieses Gesprächs sah ich zunächst Handwerker, die sich entsprechend Terminplan an den Dachrinnen zu schaffen machten. Als ich später im Dachgeschoss Geräusche über uns wahr nahm, stellte ich zu meiner Verwunderung fest, dass die Dachdecker bereits mit der Dacheindeckung beschäftigt waren. Dies war nach Terminplan erst für heute vorgesehen. Noch überraschter war ich, als ich heute Morgen das Ergebnis betrachtete. Die Dachdecker waren gestern komplett fertig geworden und hatten auch schon die beiden Dachschrägenfenster eingesetzt. Die Dachrinnen hängen ebenfalls mitsamt Fallrohren.

Heute wurde zuerst das Material für den weiteren Ausbau des Dachgeschosses angeliefert. Danach haben die Zimmermänner den Dachstuhl errichtet. Dies geschah mit wahrlich unglaublicher Geschwindigkeit. Trotz dieser Geschwindigkeit wurde saubere, einwandfreie Job. Shortly before 16:00 clock the carpenters have finished their work and our topping out ceremony could start on time. About 21:00 clock have then adopted the final score. This post was created after consuming a lot of beer and grappa, so you should ignore errors.

Christmas and New Year we spent in the Bavarian forest. In the news we have seen that high winds have caused severe damage in the north. Since then we have worried about the winter tent.
